Alliance Ingredients Company Limited was incorporated in Thailand in 2000. Over the past twenty-four years Mr Chris Hua, a bakery veteran,  developed a range of unique technology flavour products. 

In 2025 FlavourCraft successfully completed the acquisition of Alliance Ingredients. This strategic acquisition has provided the opportunity to integrate this innovative encapsulated flavour technology into our range. These products will be developed further by our expert Flavourists to broaden their profiles and suitability across additional applications.
