Our Flavourists work closely with customers, our Quality, Applications and Commercial teams to ensure success across projects relating to new product development, matching and reformulating flavours.
Our Flavourists also develop pro-active and seasonal flavour concepts to inspire our customers this includes products listed in our Signature Series.

Our experienced Applications team bring briefs and projects to life for customers across a variety of food and beverage applications with particular expertise in savoury, dairy and bakery.
Our Applications Team are familiar with various production processes to help overcome technical related requirements to utilise our products effectively.

Our Quality Team has 25+ years experience in the flavour industry.
They ensure all products are manufactured strictly according to HACCP and GHP protocols, meeting any specific market regulations.
During early 2026 FlavourCraft will complete the certification of our BRCGS HACCP quality system.

Our significant international travel programme ensures we meet customers on a regular basis throughout the ASEAN region to discuss existing business and explore new opportunities.
All international business is supported by our Bangkok based operations team who ensure the smooth and timely movement of samples and finished goods to customers.

FlavourCraft operate from a new purpose built, state of the art manufacturing facility located in Samut Prakarn, Bangkok (Thai Board of Investment BOI Purple Zone).
In addition to manufacturing, the facility includes Creation, Applications and Quality Labs as part of our Innovations Centre and Customer Hub.
