FlavourCraft’s proprietary OEF uses oil and other key ingredients (some including unique dairy technology) to build and deliver long lingering flavours providing superior body and mouthfeel characteristics to finished products.
OEFs deliver these consistent characteristics far more effectively than traditional flavour top notes in a variety of applications.
FlavourCraft’s OEF are a homogenous, bake and freeze/thaw stable solution that can also offer butter, milk, cheese and cocoa reduction, as well as being stand-alone flavours.

How They Work
Crafted to build and deliver long-lasting, lingering flavour alongside strong body and mouthfeel, FlavourCraft’s OEFs deliver the impact of flavours and function even in high temperature processing.
How are they made?
FlavourCraft’s OEFs are manufactured on bespoke machinery using a proprietary process which includes time, temperature and unique ingredients to produce a highly homogenised, very fine oil-based flavour (c20-24µm).
Value added ingredients are combined during the milling process, producing a highly functional, consistent finished product.
We use the highest quality imported and local ingredients critical for the performance of our flavours, providing an ambient shelf life without the need for preservatives.
